Is there a limit to order sizes placed over the web?
No, you can order as much as you want, you can email us to confirm or reserve stock if its a large order.

Can I order from my country?
You can check whether we deliver to your country by proceeding to the order form and clicking on the country selection box. Feel free to contact us if your country is not included.

*Please note that we do not deliver to countries in which our products are illegal. However, given the many laws in dozens of different countries we can't ensure that we are always up to date. It is for you to ensure that your requested product is indeed legal.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all our online orders within 2 days using priority mail. However, please bear in mind that orders are fulfilled in Canada and frequent delays in the postal system can prolong the wait. Order well in advance of your big night to avoid disappointment. If its a mail order then we have to confirm payment is fullfilled before shipping the order, this can take 1-2 weeks depending on the cheque, or mail order used.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?
Yes, orders are packaged in neutral jiffy-style envelopes with no reference to the product or our company. It just has a return address with our distribution company's name InnerSight Trading. However, this may not be the case for orders which are delivered outside of Canada and require a customs form to be filled out. In this case we fill it out describing exactly what it is but only customs officials see this paperwork, nothing incriminating is exposed on the packaging.

Can I take Caps and Zero to Ibiza?
Both products are legal in Spain and other popular holiday destinations such as Greece. In principal you are entitled to take these products through customs as long as they are for personal use only. However, we could imagine that certain customs officials will try to make a fuss regardless of the legal situation. Remain calm and explain that the products are 'food supplements', which you have ordered trough our site. We have yet to receive reports of any problems and would like to hear your experiences regarding this, let us know.

Do you accept payment by cheque, cash, bank transfer, and money order?
